Habitat and Birds

Forested campground next to Phillips Lake.  Conifer forest.  Good views of the lake.  Typical forest birds found here. Several flycatchers can be found in the spring but mostly the only nesting flycatchers are Dusky and WW Pewee.  All three nuthatches and both bluebirds can be found.  Red Crossbills, Cassin’s Finch, and Pine Siskins abound.
